BADER BRAVES – Urgent Notice! Old Buckenham Flying Day Postponed

BADER BRAVES OLD BUCKENHAM YOUNG AVIATORS DAY POSTPONED

Word has just been received from Old Buckenham Aero Club that due to “operational difficulties” the Young Aviators Day scheduled for 25^th August 2012 has had to be postponed.

Director of Operations, Keith Delderfield said that although everyone was disappointed at the postponement he fully understood the reasoning behind the decision and agreed that it was the right action to take at this stage. “The management at Old Buckenham are facing difficulties in guaranteeing availability of sufficient aircraft of the type needed to meet the requirement of the day and at this juncture there is little alternative other than to postpone” Keith said. He went on “A decision regarding a suitable alternative date cannot be reached until September so it seems that our 2012 event in Norfolk will have to be held in spring 2013 when it will form part of the 30^th Anniversary celebrations of the charity”
